Urban Dog_Co/Fuzzybutz’s Cancellation Policy

The staff at Urban Dog_Co and Fuzzybutz’s greatly values your business and loyalty. Due to the high demand of our talented artists, we ask kindly that you provide 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation and “No Shows” leave gaps in our artists schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client, and in turn maintains a higher availability of appointments for you as well as others.

If 24 hours is not given, you may be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
